A local paper who reviewed the show printed: “Singer Robin Plant overcame an ‘Australian bug’ in his throat and broke into his own in ‘Black Dog’ and ‘Stairway To The Stars’.” Also in 1972 Bill Babin, known as “therubbadrumma,” marries his childhood sweetheart. Almost 44 years later—and after lots of rock and roll—they are still together. Ain’t that something else?
